Untitled acrylic on canvas (1975) by Kin-ya-onny beyeh (Carl Nelson Gorman's Navajo name) due to be displayed at the artist's namesake gallery, the C.N. Gorman Museum, starting June 26.

EXHIBITION OPENINGS

June 23 -- Collaborative mixed media exhibition by Craft Center student managers Kathy Wong and Maisee Lor. , through Aug. 1.

June 30 -- Selections from the Permanent Collections, at the , in celebration of the museum's 35-year history of exhibiting works by contemporary Native American and other indigenous artists. Through Sept. 5. (The opening date is four days later than originally announced.)

July 10 -- Flatlanders 2, a biennial showing of works by artists from around the region. , through Aug. 15. Reception, 6:30 to 8 p.m. July 10.

At the Nelson Gallery: ceramic sculpture by Mary Alison Lucas, an architectural installation by Caroline Cloak, a multimedia installation by Nickolas Mohanna, and a photo and text wall installation by Lissaivy Tiegel. At The Gallery: paintings by Chau Thuy Huynh and paper works by Irman Arcibal. Through June 20.
