Gregg Whelan and Gary Winters are Lone Twin, and they are documenting 30 days in the life of Ƶ and the Davis community in this Ƶ Centennial event.
Each day, the duo sets out on bikes from the Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts, on a five- to six-hour bike ride observing and collecting stories about the community.
At 5:30 p.m. each day, Whelan and Winters present a free, live performance piece at the E Street Plaza, between Second and Third streets in downtown Davis, with each piece building on the previous evening’s up until the final, cumulative performance, scheduled for 5:30 p.m. April 18 (Picnic Day).
