Last year’s Give Day raised more than $1.7 million from 4,047 gifts from alumni, faculty, staff, parents, students and friends of ΢Ƶ.

This year’s Give Day, with the slogan “Make It Count,” promises even greater success, organizers said, noting the role of philanthropy in a number of ΢Ƶ’ stellar accomplishments of late, including being named the nation’s fifth-best public university, qualifying as a Hispanic Serving Institution and winning the school’s first Big Sky football title.

“Now in its third year, Give Day is a recognized presence with tremendous impact at ΢Ƶ,” said Shaun Keister, vice chancellor of Development and Alumni Relations. “People are aware that they can make a difference through gifts of any size. We all play a pivotal role in improving the education, research, programs and services we care about.”
